THE CHALLENGE
The idea was creating the world’s first digital courtroom. Inside the courtroom, witnesses, lawyers and plaintiffs needed the ability to participate in a hearing from anywhere in the world using advanced video conference technology without being physically present. The implications for the judicial process are vast, not to mention cutting down the administrative labor and costs associated with serving notices, hearing updates and evidence-related paperwork for each individual case.

THE SOLUTION
Video distribution was a critical element of the install, due to the amount of information within courtroom processing that needed to be made available to every delegate/counsel. It was not as straightforward as video matrix switching, as around eight sources were available for distribution and had to be made available on more than 70 displays.
