ABOUT THE INSTALL
Elite Football Training Facility is the gold standard on the field. It is a state of the art indoor/outdoor football complex that provides numerous possibilities in terms of indoor/outdoor football. Based in Maribyrnong, it is the only indoor sports facility of its kind in Melbourne.

THE CHALLENGE
The challenge throughout this project was distributing content to the highly visible centerpiece of the project; a 3×3 video wall comprising 9x Phillips Display Panels, 20m lengths of Vuepix LED advertising signage that hug the perimeter of each pitch and 4x indoor LG 75” Display Panels and 1x outdoor VuePix LED Display installed in front of each football pitch.

THE SOLUTION
When it came to AV signal management, the team at Elite Football were in the market for an economical, value-for-money control solution that was both user-friendly and reliable. The use of a traditional audio visual matrix was discussed at the planning stage, but after some evaluation, WyreStorm’s NetworkHD AV over IP solution emerged as the preferred system. Paired with the award-winning free NetworkHD Touch control app, user control is as simple as drag ‘n’ drop. All inputs appear in ‘real time’ at the bottom of the screen, allowing users to drag their chosen input and drop it in any of the configured outputs zones – on either individual screens or the video wall.
