1. What are the main features of FOCUS 210 Webcam?
FOCUS 210 4K Al plus webcam supports up to 4K/30fps ultra HD video resolution. It boasts 120° ultra-wide field of view, WDR, E-PTZ, 8x digital zoom and auto-framing. It supports AI backlight compensation and low light compensation. Besides, it has two built-in microphones and an attached privacy cover. It is plug-n-play, and can work with Zoom, Skype, Teams, Google Meet, etc.
2. Which webcam should I choose if I need digital zoom?
You can choose FOCUS 200 or FOCUS 210. They support 8x digital zoom.
3. Does FOCUS 210 webcam have auto focus?
FOCUS 210 webcam’s lens is fixed focus, pre-set to a specific focus range. As it is designed with 120° wide-angle lens featuring a wide depth of field (DOF), it can render everything in a scene in focus. Compared with auto-focus webcams, fixed-focus webcams allow for more precise focusing, better for macro and portrait shots, and better for low-light photography. To enrich our product line, we will release new webcams that have auto focus in the future.
4. How can I prevent others from peeping over my webcam?
All FOCUS series webcams come with a privacy lens cover in the package. You can use it to cover the lens when the camera is not in use.
5. How can I upgrade the product firmware to the latest version?
First of all, you need to download the “WyreStorm FOCUS” App and also the latest firmware file from the “Downloads” section in this page. After install the App on your computer, please run it and click the “Support” section to find “Customer Software Update”. In this option, you can upload the firmware file from your computer for upgrading.
