THE CHALLENGE
SHI was looking to refresh a NOC area in their Customer Innovation Center (CIC) located at SHI’s New Jersey world headquarters and include an AV over IP solution. Six inputs and four outputs needed to be directed to a 2×2 video wall and six 27” 4K displays, but with the products that were currently installed, it did not provide an easy way to share individual screens with the large 2×2 video wall display.
THE SOLUTION
With the WyreStorm NetworkHD solution and the accompanying Touch application, this now gives SHI the ability to easily switch video sources to any of the connected displays and focus more on developing new solutions for their customers.“We struggled with our previous control system and, in the end, could not use it. We spent too many person-hours troubleshooting and trying to learn on our own.
